Rates:
Full-Time Evening Supervisor (salaried):
Up to $93K/year (approx. $44.71/hr). Part-Time Weekends Evening Supervisor (hourly): $38.00 - $48.00 per hour based on experience and licensure.
Position(s): 1. RN/LPN Nurse Evening Supervisor (FT) 2. RN/LPN Nurse Evening Weekend Supervisor (PT)
Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate the nursing staff during weekend shifts.
- Ensure high standards of care for residents.
- Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
- Active/Valid RN/LPN license in the state of NJ.
- Must have 2+ years of nurse leadership experience in an LTC setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in a long-term care setting.
- Communicative, hard-working, reliable.
- Team mindset, strong clinical skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
