LPN Ambulatory Care: Senior Health Clinic

Bold Age PACE is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our New Jersey clinic team. Under the supervision of the Clinic Practice Manager, you will administer medications, implement care orders, and educate participants and caregivers about the care plan and medications.

You will work with the Interdisciplinary Team to plan interventions, perform nursing duties within scope, and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with PACE guidelines.
