IVR QA Engineer
Lead quality assurance for enterprise contact center solutions utilizing Amazon Connect and related technologies. Validate IVR flows, call routing logic, and overall customer journeys across multiple channels (voice, chat, self-service). Conduct end-to-end, functional, regression, system, and integration testing for inbound, outbound, and callback flows. Test integrations between Amazon Connect, AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Cloud Watch), APIs, and backend systems.
Design and execute comprehensive test cases, scenarios, and test data for thorough validation. Develop and maintain test automation scripts; utilize tools such as Cyara, Selenium, and API testing frameworks. Identify, log, track, and retest defects, collaborating closely with development and product teams for resolution. Prepare detailed test reports, dashboards, and quality metrics to support decision-making. Ensure delivery meets business requirements and complies with security, data privacy, and industry standards.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production validation activities to ensure seamless release. Bring expertise in SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Preferred:
Experience with additional contact center platforms, automation frameworks, and CI/CD or Dev Ops testing practices.
