Position: Test Lead- New Jersey (Day 1 Onsite)

Test Lead

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to drive end-to-end quality assurance initiatives, with a strong focus on UI and API automation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Selenium with C#, API testing, performance testing tools, and solid database knowledge. Experience in Python-based automation frameworks is also expected.

Key Responsibilities

Lead QA efforts across projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for UI and API testing
Perform UI automation using Selenium with C#
Develop and execute API automation test suites
Work with tools like Postman and JMeter for API and performance testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, Dev Ops)
Analyze requirements and create detailed test strategies and test plans
Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical guidance
Ensure best practices in test automation, CI/CD, and quality processes

Required Skills

Strong experience in UI Automation using Selenium with C# (Mandatory)
Extensive experience in API Automation Testing (Mandatory)
Hands-on experience with Postman and JMeter (Mandatory)
Proficiency in Python for automation scripting and framework development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid database knowledge (No

SQL preferred; SQL acceptable)
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable test frameworks

Nice to Have
