Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Analytical Chemist based in New Jersey, United States. The Analytical Chemist will conduct laboratory tests and analyses to support Research & Development (R&D) projects, utilizing laboratory equipment to assess chemical compositions and properties. The role will also involve performing quality control evaluations, interpreting analytical data, and ensuring compliance with required industry standards. Collaboration with teams to optimize processes and develop innovative solutions will be a key element of the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation, use of laboratory practices, and adherence to safety protocols
  • Expertise in Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and solve technical challenges
  • Experience in Quality Control processes and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining Laboratory Equipment such as chromatographs and spectrometers
  • Background in Research and Development (R&D), particularly in designing and implementing experiments and protocols
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry is a plus
