Part‑Time Retail Display Merchandiser – Plainsboro, NJ

Hours:

12–20 per week. Compensation: $17 to $17.50 per hour, mileage reimbursement for travel between stores, and a phone stipend for App use during work hours. The role requires residency within 25 miles of the Plainsboro center.

• Build, fill, and maintain in‑store displays across assigned store(s) to ensure proper product rotation, placement, and facing.
• Deliver superior merchandising service to promote brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Build and foster relationships with store employees and managers.
• Maintain multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment, requiring physical activity and occasional heavy lifting.
• Use a personal vehicle and keep a clear driving record; no violations or significant events within the past 36 months.
• Use in‑store app to record hours worked, tasks performed, and communicate with Retail Sales Leads.

• Stand for 8 to 10 hours per day; stooped, kneeling, bending, push/pull required.
• Lift up to 40 pounds, climb ladders and step stools repeatedly, and reach above shoulders repeatedly.
• Visit assigned store(s) during shift.
• Use a personal vehicle and maintain a clean driving record.
• Have a clear driving record without violations in personal or company vehicle in the last 36 months.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

• Hourly wage $17 – $17.50.
