Position SummaryA Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service.
Essential Functions- Manage store operations: work effectively with store management and store crews; supervise the crew through assigning, directing, and following up of all activities; ensure smooth execution of opening and closing procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service: assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote a positive shopping experience; maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Oversee merchandise and presentation: price merchandise; stock shelves; execute displays, signs, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise; reset departments following POGs.
- Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills.
- Advanced communication and supervision skills.
- Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; willingness to work overtime and respond to urgent store issues.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $24.00 per hour (base hourly rate).
