The client emphasizes experience handling complex or time-sensitive situations such as foreclosure, inherited homes, or financial distress, positioning itself as a reliable solution for motivated sellers.
We are seeking a Home Buying Specialist to join our growing team. This person must like problem-solving and negotiation. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with risk- taking, independent, confident, firm and proactive. This person will need to take the initiative to get things done. RE license is not required! We are looking for hungry professionals to mold and mentor.

Taking photos and videos of the property for underwriting purposes
Understanding and updating CRM as necessary
Knowledge in multiple acquisition methods
2 years of sales experience minimum
Track record of success in sales
Team player, Self-starter, Approachable
Strong negotiation skills & a natural deal maker, Excellent follow-up skills
Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Relationship building skills
Must be motivated to succeed in a competitive environment
Entrepreneurial spirit
Committed to the long-term growth of yourself and the company
Clean background check and driver's license required
