Job Description & How to Apply Below

Are you a driven, science-minded professional ready to launch your sales career? As a Territory Manager at Calibre Scientific, you'll own your region, build real customer relationships, and directly impact the growth of a fast-moving life sciences company. This is a launchpad role — you'll gain hands‑on experience across the full sales cycle, work with a collaborative team, and have the opportunity to grow quickly alongside the business.

No two days look the same. You'll prospect new accounts, nurture existing ones, and become a trusted partner to researchers and lab professionals across your territory. If you're ambitious, curious, and excited by science and sales, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Build and grow a pipeline by prospecting new leads, following up on marketing campaigns, and identifying opportunities for repeat business
  • Own the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to closing — using a consultative approach that puts customer needs first
  • Become a product expert and help customers find the right solutions by deeply understanding our life science portfolio
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Hub Spot so the whole team benefits from your insights
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to set and hit annual territory revenue goals
  • Represent Calibre Scientific at conferences, customer visits, and industry events (~30% travel)
  • Deliver monthly progress reports and contribute ideas to continuously improve how we go to market
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a Life Science Field (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related) or equivalent hands‑on lab experience
  • 1–2 years of research, lab, or customer-facing experience (internships and academic work count!)
  • A natural communicator who's comfortable on the phone, over email, and in person
  • Someone who's organized, self‑motivated, and thrives without someone looking over their shoulder
  • Resilience and persistence — you bounce back from a 'no' and stay focused on the next opportunity
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools like Hub Spot or SAP is a bonus
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally (~30% of the time)
