Gericke North America is searching for a Sales professional to work on site in Somerset, NJ.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow a sales territory by maintaining relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will represent the Gericke Group as a trusted partner to our customers, while adhering to company values and policies. As a member of our team, you will serve as both an advisor and solution provider throughout the sales process.
Driving and scaling the business is our primary focus.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve personal and company sales targets
- Communicate regularly with current and prospective customers, providing solutions and managing all sales activities within your territory
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to provide feedback and updates on opportunities and pipeline status
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records for all leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Represent the company in alignment with all procedures, values, and policies
- Conduct cold outreach, including outbound calls to prospective clients
- Research and identify potential leads through directories, web searches, and other resources
- Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns, conferences, and trade shows
- Build and maintain a strong database of prospective clients within the CRM system
- Track and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance metrics
- Continuously develop, manage, and grow a healthy sales pipeline
- Demonstrate strong influencing skills and a results-driven mindset
- Exhibit an energetic, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Effectively multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently
- Travel as required to support customer engagement and business development
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Outside sales or technical sales experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Interest in industrial equipment and delivering strong customer solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Base salary + benefits
