As a Treasury Management Officer II within PNC's Treasury Management Sales organization, you will be based in Little Falls, NJ or NYC.

Job Description
  • Coordinate relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
  • Typically work with clients that have moderate levels of risk and complexity of needs.
  • Work with a moderate degree of supervision, following stated guidelines to acquire, expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
  • Handle the origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of non‑credit products and services.
  • Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients.
  • Actively identify and mitigate different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational and operational risks.
  • Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client’s needs and financial well‑being.
  • Increase client engagement and loyalty through strategic dialogue and opportunity quantification.
  • Manage an effective network of internal and external relationships, such as community or industry relationships, to actively acquire new clients and expand existing clients and enhance the client experience.
  • Ensure awareness of the full range of PNC’s products and services.
  • Leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze, evaluate and inform on treasury product knowledge, industry benchmarking and solution positioning.
Qualifications
  • Book of Business, Client Relationship Building, Customer Engagement, Decision Making, Financial Analysis, Identifying Sales Opportunities.
  • Business Acumen, Client Relationship Management, Customer Experience Management, Effective Communications, Industry Knowledge, Prospecting.
  • Sales Negotiating, Selling, Tech Savvy.
  • University or college degree with 5+ years of industry‑relevant experience.
  • Specific certifications may be required; in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s) and experience may be considered.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree.
  • No required certifications or licenses.
Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $ – $. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
