** Position Overview
** We are seeking a high-energy
** Territory Sales Representative
** with a strong
** hunter mentality
** to drive new business and grow market share across
** New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania**.This role is best suited for sales professionals with experience in
** clinical or AP laboratory sales, pharmaceutical, medical device/equipment, healthcare services,
** or related healthcare industries.
** What You’ll Do
*** Drive revenue growth and profitability within an assigned territory
* Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities
* Maintain and grow an existing client base
* Build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers
* Partner with operations to deliver exceptional, customer-focused service
* Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas
* Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards
** Required Qualifications
*** High School Diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record (past 3 years)
* 4–5 years of outside sales or service experience
* Proven track record of new business development (“hunter” mindset)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
** Preferred Qualifications
*** 2–5+ years of outside Sales or Service experience in the medical field.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing
