Job Summary

Outside Sales Representative (B2B / Rental) – Market Sales Leader is equipped for success so we can make it happen for our customers.

• Drive revenue by coaching one-on-one with Outside Sales Representatives and Strategic Account Managers.
• Identify current and upcoming jobsites.
• Distinguish key customers on those jobsites.
• Assist in cultivating relationships with key decision makers such as Project Managers and Executives.
• Develop an effective and efficient strategic approach to the market and targeted customers.
• Ensure OSRs collaborate to provide customers with solutions and quality service.
• Harness the Power of Sunbelt by driving sales force productivity.
• Extract the best performance from each individual seller.
• Identify strategic customers and jobsites to maximize revenue.
• Meet or exceed sales goals as an individual contributor.
• Build a territory and grow market share.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of proven sales experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving history.
• Knowledge of different phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation and specification.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals as an individual contributor.
• Ability to build territory and grow market share.
• Safety focus: ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, lift 25 pounds or more, and work indoors/outdoors.

Base Pay Range: $79,702.00 - $
Package includes: base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan. Starting rate of pay may vary based on position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
