Energy Representative

Job Description

Energy Representative responsible for conducting in‑home energy audits, installing energy‑saving measures, and educating customers to reduce utility bills. Must reside in central/northwest NJ and be willing to travel within the Morris County area.

• Install energy‑saving measures (light bulbs, shower heads, power strips, night lights, faucet aerators, etc.)
• Provide energy education to customers
• Maintain organization of company vehicles, inventory, and paperwork
• Work in or inspect attics, basements, crawlspaces, and interior/exterior spaces of structures

• High School Diploma
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to use company‑provided laptop and/or field tools
• Willingness to travel as needed within the Morris County area
• Authorized to work in the United States; no employer sponsorship required
• Successful candidates must pass pre‑employment checks

Hourly rate: $19.90 – $27.50 USD, determined based on internal equity, salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills, experience, and relevant certifications. Company vehicle provided.
