Vin World is hiring a Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing domestic transportation division in Clark, NJ.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on developing new business opportunities, expanding our domestic presence across the U.S., and helping shape the long-term commercial direction of our growing operations division.

We are looking for someone with a true hunter mentality who also understands how to bring structure, leadership, and market perspective into a scaling environment.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth while helping build and strengthen our domestic transportation strategy.

Day to day, you will:

  • Develop and grow relationships with U.S.

    -based shippers
  • Identify opportunities across FTL, LTL, drayage, and intermodal transportation
  • Build, manage, and strategically grow a pipeline of new business
  • Lead high-level conversations around pricing, service gaps, operational challenges, and transportation strategy
  • Partner closely with carrier sales and operations teams to ensure successful execution
  • Support the development of internal sales structure, processes, and market direction
  • Help mentor and guide junior sales talent as the division continues to grow
  • Drive revenue growth through both relationship-building and aggressive business development activity
  • Represent Vin World as a long-term logistics partner, not simply a transactional provider
