CompensationPay Range: $170,000 – $250,000 base + 20% target bonus
Responsibilities- Deliver perspective and strategy around proposals and opportunities (future‑looking and pipeline) for assigned accounts.
- Support the sales administration and operational needs of the customer.
- Increase the depth of sales with accounts.
- Assess market needs, review objectives, develop action plans for achieving sales targets.
- Drive achievement of sales within the zone by identifying sales opportunities, setting achievable goals, attaining new key accounts for augmenting sales, and formulating plans to meet the assigned sales targets.
- Deliver product proposals and effectively position company against competitors to win at the customer.
- Present company story and strategy during customer introductions and ongoing engagements to continuously strengthen the company's position with the customer.
- Evaluate existing and future portfolio against the assigned customer base and direct the company to align customer interests with available products.
- Maintain customer forecasts and support demand planning functions.
- Conduct competitor analyses to ensure the products maintain competitiveness in cost and value in the market.
- Review the competition and its tactics and marketing strategies used to retain accounts, then recommend strategies for process improvement.
- Serve as the key point of contact and escalation for unresolved customer service, administration, and financial issues.
- Present customer account requirements for sales operations and deliver key updates and operational improvements.
- Support required customer communications for customer service and sales administrative issues.
- Provide guidance regarding pricing in the US market.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good people‑management skills to coordinate with multiple teams and deliver work on time.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with customers.
4‑year degree, preferred in business, marketing or finance.
Relevant Experience10+ years of total sales experience, with the last five years preferably in direct pharmaceutical experience emphasizing key account management; generics sales experience is a plus.
