The OpportunityWe are seeking a relationship-focused Account Manager who thrives in a consultative sales environment. This individual will play a key role in developing new business, nurturing client partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions that truly make an impact.
What You’ll Do- Build and maintain strong client relationships within your territory
- Drive new business through networking, prospecting, and lead follow-up
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
- Partner with clients to understand their needs and recommend strategic solutions
- Maintain an active pipeline and consistently meet performance goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Track activity and performance using CRM tools
- 7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Experience in manufacturing or a related industry is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A proactive, relationship-first mindset with a drive to grow business
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
