Job Summary
In this role Physical Security Officers (PSO’s) work in demanding, fast‑paced environments, including medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues and public events. PSOs may be asked to work with a firearm and their mission is to protect people, information and property while delivering high‑end customer service.

Job Duties / Essential Functions- Delivering high end customer service
- Responding to emergencies
- Deterring and preventing crime
- Performing ingress/egress control procedures
- Investigating incidents
- Completing daily logs and incident reports
- Conducting regular walking or vehicle patrols
- Building and maintaining a professional rapport with clients, guests and co‑workers
- De‑escalating conflicts
- Detaining suspects
- Monitoring CCTV cameras
- Performing other related duties as assigned
- Current and valid driver’s license
- SORA certification
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of experience in armed security is recommended
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Extensive knowledge of use of force
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening and OPS training requirements
- Ability to work under stress or pressure
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Ability to wear a uniform
