Job Overview

Flee Tec Trainee – DOT Management Level, Individual Contributor. The position is full‑time, night shift, with flexible work options (remote work is possible if the applicant lives in the specified location). Travel is required 100% of the time. Base pay is hourly, ranging from $13.70 to $20.53. Additional compensation may include commission or incentive programs.

• Five (5) weeks of paid full‑time classroom training at the Flee Tec Academy Campus.
• Travel, lodging, meals, and a stipend are covered by the company.
• After completing the initial phase, the trainee is paired with a Lead Technician for on‑the‑job training.
• Successful completion of the multi‑year program leads to a full‑time Mobile Mechanic position.
• Upon graduation from the first phase, pay increases to $21/h with a $250 weekly stipend.

• Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs onsite at customer locations.
• Use a state‑of‑the‑art mobile service vehicle and associated tools.
• Follow safety and quality standards during all repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Participate in continuous training and skill development programs.

• Minimum age 21 years and must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness and ability to study hard for the full duration of the training program.
• Technical aptitude and passion for vehicle repair.
• Basic proficiency in using an iPad.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Background check, driving record check, pre‑employment drug test, and physical required.

• Minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off each month.
• Seven paid holidays per calendar year.
