We are currently hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician for a direct hire opportunity with one of our trusted clients in Passaic, New Jersey. This role is ideal for a technician with 3+ years of hands-on field experience who can independently manage service calls, troubleshoot issues, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC and mechanical systems, performing field service and maintenance calls, troubleshooting technical issues on-site, completing service reports and job documentation, communicating with customers professionally, and maintaining tools and service vehicle.
Requirements include 3+ years of HVAC field experience, strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, a valid driver's license, and experience in commercial HVAC is a plus.
