Field/Service Technician
We are looking for a Field Supervisor to support various residential energy efficiency programs in Central/North New Jersey.
Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operation of teams conducting residential energy audits (2-3/day), installing energy‑efficient equipment, pre/post‑installation verifications, and other technical data gathering activities.
- Review inspection results, customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements and compliance measures.
- Troubleshoot escalated technical problems and issues in accordance with client specifications.
- Act as local, on‑site program and company representative to customers and contractors, encouraging participation and overcoming barriers.
- Travel throughout a defined territory with a company‑provided vehicle.
- Over 7 years of relevant industry experience, including auditing, home inspections, and home equipment installation.
- Over 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a field‑service setting.
- High school diploma or GED required; BPI Certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must pass a pre‑employment drug test and motor‑vehicle report.
- Must be able to work in a safety‑sensitive environment and comply with DOT and other applicable regulations.
- Target compensation: $87,000 – $90,000 (annual salary).

This is a safety‑sensitive position that may include field work, warehouse work, or driving on behalf of the company. A conditional offer of employment requires successful completion of a post‑offer, pre‑employment drug test and a satisfactory motor vehicle report.
