This Application Systems Analysis/Programming Manager is defined as an application developer with both coding and design experience.
Responsibilities- Design and develop applications independently.
- Lead development efforts for key roles in application projects.
- Work in a 100% in-person environment limited to 35 hours per week.
- Degree in computer science or 5 years of professional experience in this discipline.
- 5 years software development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various RDBMS databases.
- Hands‑on experience with JavaScript/Type Script, React, Express/Node.js.
- Familiarity with agile software development, Dev Ops, and lean methodologies.
- Full stack development experience.
- UI/Front end development experience (if full stack not available).
