The Salesforce Developer role is responsible for the configuration, development, testing, and ongoing support of Salesforce-based applications and solutions to meet business requirements. The role requires substantial theoretical and practical knowledge of Salesforce platform technologies and advanced computer programming techniques.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Perform application configuration, testing, and evaluation to ensure quality, performance, and consistency on the Salesforce platform. (20%)
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Lightning Design System (LDS). Proficient in web services and APIs for integration purposes. (20%)
• Work on CRM systems with a focus on Salesforce development, including code enhancements and continuous system improvements. (20%)
• Perform data modeling, data management, and implement security controls within the Salesforce (SFDC) platform. Manage SFDC configuration including workflows, validation rules, profiles, roles, and permission sets. (20%)
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards. Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing system maintenance and enhancements. (20%)

Additionally, the Salesforce Developer will:

• Research, design, test, and implement software systems and applications for control and automation of business and management processes.
• Consult with specified personnel to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives.
• Formulate plans outlining steps required to develop programs, using structured analysis and design.
• Prepare flowcharts and diagrams to illustrate the sequence of steps that a program must follow and to describe the logical operations involved.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related field is required for this position.
• The position requires 0 to 2 years of experience in Salesforce development, CRM systems, or a related field. Relevant academic projects, internships, or hands-on experience will be considered.
• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification is required (or Must be Obtained within a reasonable period of employment).
