Qualifications:
AWS Connect exp not mandatory.
• 2–18 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on cloud-native applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, including contact flows, routing profiles, and integrations.
• Proficiency in Node.js and experience building RESTful APIs.
- Mandatory
• Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Cloud Watch, and IAM.
- Mandatory
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and tools like Amazon Event Bridge, Kinesis, or Kafka.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Note – Needed hands on coding in Nodejs and AWS. Training will be provided on AWS Connect.
