Senior Technical Specialist - Java, Microservices, React.js

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Java resource who has deep expertise in Java (14+), Spring Boot, Microservices & Enterprise Architecture.

What we’re looking for:

• Deep expertise in Java (14+), Spring Boot, Microservices & Enterprise Architecture
• Strong experience in designing & integrating AI/ML and GenAI solutions into enterprise platforms
• Solid foundation in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, CI/CD
• Exposure to Big Data ecosystems (Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, Data Lakes, Streaming architectures)
• Ability to design end-to-end scalable data + AI platforms
• Proven leadership in mentoring teams and influencing architectural decisions
• Experience in BFSI / large enterprise ecosystems is a strong plus

• Architect scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise systems
• Lead AI/ML and GenAI initiatives (NLP, intelligent automation, copilots, RAG-based systems)
• Define reference architectures and governance standards across programs
• Collaborate with product, data science, and business stakeholders on high-impact initiatives

• 1.Relevant certifications in Java, Microservices, or React are a plus.

Pay Range Minimum: $114000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $198000 per year

Compensation and Benefits:

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
