Warehouse Associate

Our confidential client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to join their team. In this role, you will support warehouse operations by performing tasks such as receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Receiving and Inspection:
  • Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Record and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Inventory Management:
  • Organize and store materials in designated areas.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Order Fulfillment:
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on customer requirements.
  • Ensure orders are accurate and meet quality standards.
• Equipment Operation:
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as required (training provided if necessary).
  • Maintain equipment in good working condition and follow all safety protocols.
• Safety and Cleanliness:
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Identify and report any potential hazards or safety concerns.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
  • Provide updates on task progress and communicate issues promptly.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 75 lbs. regularly.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A commitment to safety and attention to detail.

• Onsite - Monday thru Friday8:00- 4:30

• $18.00 - $21.00 per hours dependent upon experience
