This position offers a competitive wage dependent on experience. Our flat‑rate hour compensation program allows you to maximize your earning potential. As an Automotive Service Technician at Coughlin, you are the lifeblood of our relationship with customers, maintaining and repairing their vehicles for years after the sale. You diagnose mechanical problems, explain options, and perform repairs. You also provide regular maintenance services that keep vehicles in top condition. You gain experience on a variety of makes, earn additional certifications, and enjoy legendary customer service that makes customers feel valued.

• Automobile repair experience
• Knowledge of methods, materials, and tools used in vehicle repair and maintenance

Certifications are preferred but multiple factors will be considered. Dealership experience is a plus. Service orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical information in layman's terms are essential.

The work schedule is flexible, typically around 40 hours per week, but there is no cap on hours turned for flat‑rate technicians. Service departments are closed on Sundays and only open until 6 p.m. during the week.
