The Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance services on vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. This role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and servicing the lubrication system of vehicles, contributing to customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform oil changes and lubrication services on a variety of vehicles, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Inspect vehicle fluid levels, including transmission, brake, and steering fluids, and replenish as necessary.
Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle's engine, brakes, and other essential systems to identify potential issues.
Replace air, fuel, cabin, and oil filters as needed to maintain vehicle efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Communicate effectively with customers, explaining the services performed and any additional maintenance or repairs recommended.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the service area and tools, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and service techniques to provide high-quality service.
Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a professional and customer-focused environment.

Required
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
