As the Sales and Production Coordinator, you will arrive ready to facilitate smooth handoffs between our sales and production teams. You will manage the daily schedule, ensure all documentation and CRM workflows are accurate, and communicate with both customers and internal teams to keep everyone informed. You will take ownership of scheduling readiness, maintain detailed records, and dive into operational analytics and KPI reporting.

Throughout the day, you will collaborate with leadership and department managers, participate in planning meetings, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. You will gain valuable experience with Service Titan and other industry software, and as you demonstrate initiative, you will find yourself entrusted with growing responsibility and exposure to new areas of our business. Every day, your efforts will help drive company growth, efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience.

Schedule: This is a full-time
, in-office role based in Pataskala, OH. Your typical workweek will be Monday through Friday, starting at 7:30 am
, allowing your evenings and weekends to be free.

• 2+ years of administrative, operations, scheduling, dispatching, project coordination, or office support experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
• Experience coordinating between multiple departments or teams
• Experience managing detailed records, documentation, and follow-up tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience using CRM software and/or operational management systems
• Ability to learn and navigate Service Titan or similar field service software

Preferred:

• Ability to create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets and reports
• Experience with Service Titan
• Experience in home services, construction, trades, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or chimney industries
• Dispatching or scheduling experience
• CRM administration experience
• Reporting and KPI tracking experience
• Project coordination experience
• Experience supporting sales and/or production teams
• Experience creating SOPs and process documentation
