Salary Range: $52,000.00 To $93,600.00 Annually

Title:

Safety Coordinator

Responsibleforcreatingandcoordinatingallsafetyprotocolsforcompanyincludingbutnotlimitedto OSHA compliance.

• Create and implement weekly safety meetings including topic schedule, handouts and sign off sheets in accordance with OSHA guidelines to keep company in compliance.
• Provide training of staff as necessary on best practice procedures and techniques to ensure safety.
• Coordinate audits or presentations as necessary.
• Keep detailed, organized records of all documentation as pertinent to safety.
• Advise company on any changes that need to be made.
• May be required to hold training on safety procedures or visit sites to monitor compliance with procedures.
• Review and update the company safety manual.

• High School Diploma
• Have the ability to complete assignments with no supervision and self-direct daily activities
• Organized and motivated to provide project support as directed
• Conscientious professional who has a pleasant phone manner and excellent organizational skills
• 1-3 years previous safety experience in the field. Telecom industry or construction industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
