Job Title
Prepare detailed project estimates, quantity takeoffs, labor budgets, and material budgets.
Develop accurate job costing and profitability projections.
Manage purchase orders and coordinate material procurement.
Maintain vendor and supplier relationships while obtaining competitive pricing.
Support cost-saving initiatives and purchasing strategies.
Prepare project documentation and maintain project files.
Coordinate permits, inspections, and customer selections.
Ensure projects are prepared for turnover to operations teams.
Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, and project requirements.
Identify project risks, constructability concerns, and value-engineering opportunities.
Support estimate reviews, change order pricing, and project turnover meetings.
Assist with customer communication and operational planning.
Maintain project budgets, purchasing records, forecasting data, and reporting documentation.
Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
8+ years of experience in pool construction estimating, construction administration, purchasing, project coordination, or related construction operations.
Direct experience in the pool construction industry required.
Experience reviewing plans, specifications, scopes of work, and project documentation.
Strong understanding of job costing, budgeting, quantity takeoffs, and financial accountability.
Experience working with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and purchasing processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Buildertrend or similar construction management software.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid Driver's License.
Experience with permits, inspections, customer selections, and project setup preferred.
Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred.
