Passionate about running and inspiring young athletes? Southwest Licking Local Schools is seeking an enthusiastic Middle School Cross Country Coach to lead, mentor, and build a positive team culture this season. You will guide student-athletes of all skill levels in developing proper technique, endurance, and lifelong confidence both on and off the course. If you are ready to foster sportsmanship and help our runners reach their personal bests,
Job Requirements: All coaches will be required to obtain the permits and training listed below.
- Pupil Activity Permit
- Fundamentals of Coaching
- CPR/First Aid
- Concussion Training
- Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training
- Mental Health Training
- BCI/FBI Background Check
Supervisor: Athletic Director and Building Principal
Pay: Per the negotiated agreement
