Passionate about running and inspiring young athletes? Southwest Licking Local Schools is seeking an enthusiastic Middle School Cross Country Coach to lead, mentor, and build a positive team culture this season. You will guide student-athletes of all skill levels in developing proper technique, endurance, and lifelong confidence both on and off the course. Job Requirements: All coaches will be required to obtain the permits and training listed below.

• Pupil Activity Permit
• Fundamentals of Coaching
• CPR/First Aid
• Concussion Training
• Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training
• Mental Health Training
• BCI/FBI Background Check

Supervisor: Athletic Director and Building Principal

Pay: Per the negotiated agreement
