We are seeking a highly motivated Solar Module Product Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar photovoltaic (PV) technology, materials science, or product certifications. You will play a key role in developing next‑generation solar modules to improve efficiency, durability, and cost‑effectiveness. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of renewable energy technologies and make a meaningful impact on the transition to a sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities Design and Development- Design and improve high‑efficiency solar modules for performance, reliability, and manufacturability
- Evaluate and select materials for solar module components
- Conduct material compatibility and durability testing to ensure long‑term performance
- Lead end‑to‑end certification projects for new and existing solar module products
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Design, and Production teams to integrate compliance requirements into the product development lifecycle
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in solar product development, or a related field
- Familiarity with solar module manufacturing processes and equipment
- Strong understanding of photovoltaic principles, materials, and technologies
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience with advanced solar cell technologies
- Knowledge of reliability testing and failure analysis for solar modules
