  • Vendor Field Management:
Oversee all connectivity-related construction activities and projects on site, including tracking and reporting actual progress against schedule expectations. Set and communicate clear expectations with the site team, build strong relationships with installation partners, foster a safe and collaborative working environment, and promote a “right first time” execution philosophy.
  • Quality Assurance:
Perform physical inspections to ensure vendor work meets DEC quality standards throughout the data center lifecycle. Validate physical installations, test reports, build accuracy, material compliance, and adherence to local codes, including conducting constructability reviews across multiple design phases.
  • Technical Field Lead:
Serve as the technical lead for industry and Meta standards. Lead product evaluations, design reviews, and installation methodologies in the field, including scope clarification, design interpretation, and installation details. Own and manage the Request for Information (RFI) process.
  • Technical Coordination:
Develop solutions for field-related scope gaps and design clashes. Partner with DEC design and engineering teams to support design reviews, bill of materials (BOM) reviews, and as-built drawing validation.

Coordinate with logistics partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure a smooth end-to-end flow of materials. Work closely with relevant teams to proactively communicate project progress, risks, and key initiatives to stakeholders.
