Material Coordinator​/Supply Chain Coordinator

Position: Material Coordinator / Supply Chain Coordinator
Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Material Coordinator / Supply Chain Coordinator to work in the Pataskala, OH area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and process material requests to support Distribution, Transmission, and Generation operations
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Operations to ensure timely availability of materials for construction and maintenance projects
• Monitor inventory levels, open purchase orders, and material requests to proactively identify shortages or expedite needs
• Work closely with Procurement and Expediting teams to support project timelines and operational needs
• Assist with inventory management processes and recommend process improvements
• Train team members on materials management systems and inventory procedures as needed
• Maintain reporting, metrics, and inventory tracking documentation
• Support emergency material requests and outage-related material coordination when necessary
• Communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and operations teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field preferred
• Associate’s degree with applicable experience or High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of related experience will also be considered
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, procurement, logistics, or material coordination
• Strong Microsoft Excel and computer system skills required
• Experience with ERP or Materials Management systems preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to support emergency operations and occasional travel as needed

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime as needed
