Responsibilities
- Oversee Transmission Line Operations within Transmission Field Services
- Develop and execute strategies for safe, cost‑effective service delivery
- Promote and enforce safety rules and practices
- Lead department's safety and human performance programs
- Direct annual transmission maintenance plan development and execution
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve execution of projects
- Bachelor's degree in management, financial, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years work experience
- 5 years in a leadership/supervisory position
- Experience in engineering or compliance or transmission operations
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities
