Construction Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery while managing resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring adherence to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Implement change management processes to address any shifts in project scope or direction.
• Conduct root cause analysis and quality management to identify areas for improvement throughout the project.
• Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
• Utilize earned value management techniques to assess project performance against established metrics.
• Foster team management by providing guidance, support, and conflict resolution as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage relationships to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Document processes through business process modeling and process mapping for future reference.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with a focus on team leadership and development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data analysis and requirements gathering effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and presentation of project updates.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
