Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Pataskala, OH
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 4:15 PM – 2:45 AM
Overtime: Friday 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM
Starting Pay: $20.50/hr (
* 10% Shift Differential=$22.55/hr)

We are seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers to join our manufacturing team in Pataskala, OH. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, staying active throughout the day, and working as part of a team to meet production goals. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful, but we are willing to train candidates with strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a positive attitude.

You will work closely with production, quality, safety, and engineering teams to help manufacture high‑quality products in a fast‑paced environment.

• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Support production operations to meet daily goals
• Operate tools, equipment, and production machinery safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standards
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines
• Assist with additional production‑related tasks as needed

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing, production, machine operation, or labor experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Ability to read work instructions and use basic measuring tools
• Strong attendance and reliability
  
  Good communication and teamwork skills
• Motivated, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn
