Maintenance Mechanic – Skilled Manufacturing & Assembly

• Perform assembly and maintenance using hand and power tools
• Operate machinery to meet daily production goals
• Inspect materials, verify dimensions, and ensure quality standards
• Label, prepare, and organize finished products
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace following OSHA guidelines
• Identify defects or unsafe conditions and report them promptly
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately

• High school diploma or GED
• 5–10 years of fast-paced manufacturing or assembly experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and tape-measure accuracy
• Solid math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work around machinery, noise, and airborne particles
• Reliable, energetic, and safety-focused work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed
