Plant Health Care Technician - PHC

Our team is hiring a full-time Plant Health Care (PHC) Technician to support the health, safety, and longevity of trees and landscapes across residential and commercial properties in the area. • Inspect and assess tree and plant health in residential and commercial settings
• Monitor soil conditions, moisture levels, and overall plant health; recommend improvements as needed
• Maintain accurate service records, treatment logs, and client documentation
• Identify pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies and apply appropriate treatments
• Communicate findings and treatment recommendations clearly with clients

• Commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• 1+ year of experience in plant health care, tree care, or landscape maintenance
• Valid driver’s license with ability to operate company vehicles
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support provided if not yet obtained

$22 - $27 hourly
