Responsibilities- Cleaning swimming pools and spas.
- Maintain proper chemical balance for pools and spas.
- Inspect pool equipment and perform minor repairs.
- Open and close pools and spas.
- Assisting with services, projects, and repairs.
- Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
- Managing and operating your own maintenance truck.
- Make sure assigned jobs are complete and quality of service exceeds customer expectations.
- Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner.
- Comply with all company policies and regulations.
- Strive to improve job skills and develop the potential for upward mobility.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Prior experience in pool and spa cleaning, maintenance, or a related field preferred, including basic knowledge of pool chemistry.
- Ability to inspect pool equipment and perform minor repairs.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform regular outdoor, hands‑on work.
- Strong customer service skills with attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality service.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently while managing daily routes.
