We’re building the next generation of sales apprentices – a 6‑month proving ground. This is not a training job; you will perform to get promoted, master the system, and earn six figures.

• Months 0‑6:
  Learn, execute, and prove you can close.
• After 6 months:
  • CSIA Certified (required).
  • Running your own jobs.
  • Full commission structure unlocked.
  • 6‑figure income path activated.

• Ride along with top Sales Leads to learn in‑home sales and inspections.
• Assist with estimates, job scopes, and customer education.
• Diagnose problems and present solutions that close.
• Support production teams and understand the full job lifecycle.
• Prepare trucks, tools, and materials daily.
