• Welcome prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service
• Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities
• Follow up with leads by phone, email, and text
• Convert prospects into signed leases and achieve occupancy goals
• Process rental applications and lease paperwork
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records
• Assist with resident retention and lease renewals
• Coordinate move-ins and provide a seamless resident experience
• Support community events and resident engagement activities

• Previous leasing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or property management experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work weekends as needed
• Proficient with computers, email, and CRM/property management software
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
