PL Field Crew​/Construcción de Piscinas

Position: PL Field Crew / Construcción de Piscinas
* Build custom inground pools, spas, and water features
* Assist with excavation, forming, plumbing, rebar, and concrete work
* Operate hand tools and power equipment to complete assigned tasks
* Follow plans and specifications to ensure quality and accuracy
* Maintain clean and organized job sites, trucks, and equipment
* Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
* Complete job site inspections before and after work
* You enjoy hands-on, physical work and being outdoors

** Required
* ** Ability to perform physical labor (lifting up to 80 lbs)
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
* Basic knowledge of tools and construction work
** Preferred
* ** Experience in pool construction, landscaping, or general construction
* Experience with concrete, plumbing, or rebar work
* Equipment operation experience
* Valid driver’s license with insurable record
* Bilingual Spanish/English
