Warehouse Supervisor - Night Shift

Illuminate USA, a joint venture formed by two global leaders in renewable energy, is building one of the largest solar panel manufacturing facilities in the Western Hemisphere in Pataskala, Ohio. We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to play a critical role in ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting safety initiatives, and fostering a positive team environment.

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and short‑haul transportation.
• Coordinate tasks and staffing to ensure smooth, efficient workflows and on‑time operations.
• Train, mentor, and oversee warehouse team members, ensuring adherence to proper handling procedures, inventory practices, and safety standards.
• Manage the establishment, maintenance, and accuracy of inventory records, ensuring proper tracking of all inbound and outbound goods.
• Promote and enforce strong warehouse safety practices, continually enhancing personnel and property safety awareness.
• Monitor and optimize warehouse layouts, space utilization, and processes for maximum efficiency.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and other tools to track, analyze, and report on warehouse performance.
• Ensure all operations align with company safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Solid understanding of warehouse safety standards and best practices.
