Warehouse Associate

Join Uline Inc. as a Warehouse Associate on our night shift, supporting a fast-paced, high-volume wholesale distribution operation. You'll pick, pack and stage orders using RF scanners and pallet jacks, load and unload trailers, replenish stock and verify accuracy against invoices. Maintain clean, organized aisles and follow safety procedures and quality standards on every shift. Work from pick tickets and warehouse management systems to meet strict productivity and accuracy goals.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks, pallets and freight using pallet jacks and related equipment
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders
• Replenish stock and perform bin and cycle counts as directed
• Verify orders against pick tickets and invoices to ensure accuracy
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse aisles and work areas
• Follow safety procedures, PPE standards, and equipment operating guidelines
• Meet or exceed nightly productivity and quality targets
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to resolve order or inventory issues
• Assist with special projects, bulk moves, and seasonal volume surges
