We're looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our fast-paced Business Development Center (BDC). Whether you have previous BDC or call center experience or are eager to start a new career, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. What You'll DoAs a BDC Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience by:
- Responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, and internet leads.
- Building lasting relationships with current and previous customers.
- Identifying customers' vehicle needs through active listening.
- Scheduling, confirming, and following up on sales and service appointments.
- Following proven call and email processes.
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
- Supporting the team with additional responsibilities as needed.
We're seeking enthusiastic team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping people. The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- A friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A reliable work history.
- Strong English language skills.
- Previous BDC or call center experience is a plus—but not required!
- Bilingual skills are a big advantage.
