Bilingual School Psychologist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Experience facilitating/participating in CSE Meetings

* Provides individual/group counseling for classified students

* Responsible for reviewing/drafting bilingual and monolingual psycho-education evaluations

* Interpret assessment data in culturally and linguistically appropriate ways

* Responsible for assessment of the learning environment, including observation of behavior and direct and indirect data collection

* Knowledge of federal and state special education regulations (IDEA, Part 200 Regulations)

* Experience conducting FBAs and Development of BIPs

* Experience in crisis intervention

* Must be detail-oriented and possess problem solving skills

* Must have knowledge of IEP Direct

* Must be skilled in verbal and written communication, and have strong interpersonal skills

* Must be flexible, adaptable and be able to manage multiple priorities
