Bilingual Phlebotomist (English/Spanish) | Patchogue, NY

Are you an experienced phlebotomist looking for an opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a fast-paced clinical environment? We're seeking a Bilingual Phlebotomist to join a growing team in Patchogue, NY!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform venipuncture using straight needles and butterfly needles.
• Draw blood from adult and pediatric patients (infant experience is a plus).
• Accurately label, process, and handle specimens for laboratory testing.
• Maintain detailed documentation and patient records.
• Provide outstanding patient care while ensuring comfort and safety during collections.
• Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish.
• Follow established protocols to maintain specimen integrity and quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Experience in a patient service center, laboratory, or clinical setting.
• Comfortable performing pediatric draws.
• Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

Patchogue, NY

Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Every other Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

This is a Permanent position based out of Patchogue, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
